At The Golf Venue, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused equipment and apparel in its original packaging. Please note that custom-fitted clubs and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive with a manufacturing defect.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags, headcovers, and adjustment tools are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our pro-shop team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
